Who We Are

Hi There!

We’re so glad you stopped by. Here’s a little blurb about us.

We are just two twenty-somethings pretending to be adults with moderate amounts of success. Vancouver based with an enthusiasm for coffee, crafts, thrifting, eco-friendly living, late night fast food, and much more.

Naomi:

Naomi (she/her/hers) is currently in the Aboriginal Studies Program at snəw̓eyəɬ leləm̓/Langara College. Her family is from the Snaw’naw’as/Nanoose Bay Nation on Vancouver Island but was born and raised in Vancouver. She lives in an old apartment with her full-time best friend and partner of 3.5 years, and her bratty cat of 1.5 years who both bring lots of love and hassle to the table. Although her schoolwork keeps her perfectly overwhelmed, she enjoys crafting, baking, volunteering, thrifting, and cat-related nonsense. She cooks a mean steak and dabbles in veganism.

Hannah:

Hannah is currently in-between life disasters. Her great loves are food, talking about food, and tacky clothing. Born in Canada but spent a large chunk of her childhood in Baja California Mexico and then a small bit in England. She received her Diploma in Motion Picture Arts and then decided it wasn’t what she wanted to do with her life. She currently has zero children but still feels her parenting is being judged by mothers online. Hannah believes she is blessed with the some of the greatest friends and can’t totally understand how she got so lucky.

We acknowledge and are incredibly grateful to live and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, Kwikwetlem, and Squamish territories. Our safety, nourishment, and creativity blossom from these lands protected by First Nations for time immemorial.
